Meet Our Pastor

Prophetess Taramisha Burr has been serving in ministry since she was a little girl. At the tender age of nine, she began singing solos and serving as a cupbearer. As she continued to grow in ministry, her responsibilities began to expand and vary. During those formative years, her experiences served as a catalyst for a continued desire for knowledge, growth, self-awareness, compassion, and confidence. Prophetess Burr is a passionate Psalmist who has led Worship Teams for over 20 years. She is a graduate of Christian Leadership University and a current student at a local university.

 

Her travels took her to various churches, where she was the administrator and worked closely with leadership. These roles have made her mature in her God-given gifts and strive to give the Lord her best.

 

She stands tall on the consistent prayers of her mother, Elect Lady Sandra Robinson. Her Mom pushes her to be the best version of herself and to never give up on her dreams.

 .

Her most significant influence has been her Father, Bishop Eddie Robinson. Who, with patience and grace, has led her to the bridge that she must now cross on her own. 

 

She has an uncompromising stance regarding the Kingdom of God, the Word of God, and the people of God. 

 

It is the cry of her heart to see God’s people be his people for real. She values loyalty and honesty above all else. She strives to extend grace and treat people with love and respect. She hates injustice and will fight by your side with unshakeable dependability.

 

As she humbly accepts this assignment as the Senior Pastor of Word of Life Christian Center, she believes that this will be one of her greatest challenges and one of her most rewarding assignments. “This is her blessed place.”
